A mild mannered environmentalist, a drug-addicted molecular biologist, and a pornography magnate team up to rid the world of what they consider to be the dummies of the planet. Using a compound called Moronicaine, a lethal substance that attacks those less prone to think things through, the unlikely team realize all too late that what is considered stupid by some, might be considered smart by others.
